Q: When will you ship my item?

A: We will ship within 24 hours of payment received, unless the ship date is a Sunday or a Holiday.

 

Q: What shipping services do you offer?

A: We ship via USPS and offer Parcel Post 2-9 days, Priority 2-3 days, and Express Overnight to most areas.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we will ship your order via US Priority International Mail 7-10 business days. If you need your order sooner please email us for a shipping quote.

 

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Yes, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise with the reason for return, and obtain a return authorization number. Any returns sent without an RA# will not be accepted. Some items are not returnable for health reasons such as makeup, hats, wigs, masks, and hoisery.
