We ship via USPS. Priority, 2-3 days. Express, 1 day to most areas. Orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours.
Returns
NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. Returns without authorization will not be eligible for money back. You must notify us at (586)790-5855 or screamerscostumes@sbcglobal.net of the problem and reason for the return within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. We must receive the refunded merchandise within 14 days and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Customer has the sole responsibility for all shipping cost. All sales final on Hats, Wigs, Masks, Make -up, and Hosiery. Because of the seasonal nature no refunds will be given to any orders placed between October 13 and November 3rd.
